As the wind power generation business has grown globally, the demand for operations and maintenance (O&M) services has grown, and the role of Independent Service Providers (ISPs) has become significant.
As an ISP, Cimbritech can operate and service a wide range of brands and models. Although we have good relations with and always aim to work closely with the OEM companies, we have a flexibility which allows us to offer several advantages to our customers. We look beyond the warranty period and consider the entire life cycle of the wind turbine, which allows us to give a different perspective on a long-term O&M strategy.
We work with every aspect and every part and component of the turbine, and our technicians are experts in their field and have experience with a wide range of products and technologies. This also means that we follow the technological development closely and have a strong interest in maximizing yield from existing turbines. We often recommend implementing 3rd party upgrade parts in turbines which are out of warranty and we also refurbish or replace main components.
